Requesting a correction

The product documented here belongs to a third party, and its prices, episode counts and features move over time. If a statement looks wrong or stale, email the URL of the page, the exact sentence in question and, where possible, a source we can check. After confirming the error we correct the page and update the date in its header. DMCA takedown notices

No episode files are hosted, embedded or linked on Candy Ai Shorts Explained, and no official artwork is reproduced. 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) lists six required elements; a notice needs all of them:

6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Complete notices are reviewed promptly, normally inside a few business days, and material we find to be infringing is removed or disabled. Where elements are missing, we request them instead of acting on an incomplete notice. Section 512(f) imposes liability on anyone who knowingly makes a false claim of infringement.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed in response to a notice and you believe that removal was an error or a misidentification, a counter-notice can be sent to the same DMCA address. It needs your signature; a description of the material that was removed, with the URL where it used to be; a statement that you believe in good faith, and declare under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake; your contact details; and your consent to federal court jurisdiction for the district containing your address or, for senders outside the United States, for any federal district in which this site can be found. Because this site publishes nothing but its own writing and takes no uploads, counter-notices should be rare.

Trademarks and brand names

Neither Candy.ai nor CandyShorts nor EverAI Ltd. is affiliated with this site, endorses it or sponsors it. The names Candy AI and Candy Shorts, the series titles, and the names of the creators profiled on our digital twins pages serve only to tell readers what is being discussed. Rights holders unhappy with how a name or mark appears may email the URL to contact@candy-ai-shorts.co; we answer in good faith.

Data access and deletion

To access, correct or delete personal data, write to contact@candy-ai-shorts.co. Very little is collected in the first place; the Privacy Policy lists what is stored and why. Tell us which email address is involved, and we confirm what was done by return email.

Reporting a scam page

If a page trading on the Candy AI or Candy Shorts name tried to take your card details, offered a download of a fake “leaked episode” or attempted to install malware, tell us so that our Candy AI leaks guide can warn others about it. Include the URL and a short account of what the page wanted from you, without attaching files. Report the page to your browser vendor too, and if money changed hands, contact your bank immediately.
